Converting to PDF problem

acrobat 6.0 standard is installed.... and from word... when viewing tracking
changes.... and converting to pdf... we cannot make the blacklining appear in
the pdf.

I've seen it done though. How can I convert to pdf and have the blacklining
transferred too? Does it have to do with a limited version of acrobat
installed?
