Copy and paste between workbooks

Hi , I am trying to copy an entire spreadsheet from one
workbook to another workbook. But it only copies the
values not the formulas and if I try the paste special
option then a menu pops up asking me what kind of object
I am trying to insert??

I just need the paste formulas option!

Please help thanks
