copy outlook 2002 to outlook express 6

i have pst files on a floppy from outlook 2002. how can i
put them in the various inboxes in express 6. thanks

I believe you need both apps installed.
I dont use OE, this is an OL ng, you *may* be able to import in OE,
providing you copy pst to hd and remove read only attribute

You would need to have both Outlook and OE installed on the same machine,
then export to Outlook Express. I don't know of any way to get the data
into OE without Outlook installed.

You can't. OE has no method of handling PSTs. You must import items into
OE with your PST configured in OL. With OL active and using your PST as the
default delivery location, you start OE, click File>Import>Messages and
select Microsoft Outlook. To transfer the Contacts folder, you have to
export from OL to a CSV file and then import that into OE.
