Copy/Paste problems

I have user that when she copies Plain text from one Word document and then
pastes it to another, it pastes it in Bold text and when she copies Bold test
from one document and then pastes it to another, it pastes it in Plain text.
Also if the Font size is under 12 pt when she copies it autosizes it to 12 pt
when she pastes, but not if it is over 12 pt. We have ran the repair,
reinstall, uninstall & installed fresh.

Is there a setting somewhere that causes this?

I went through all the settings on my original document and made sure that
the new document had the same settings. Everything is the same between the 2
documents that I can see. This is a windows 2000 machine with MS Office
2000, if that helps.
