Copying 'Contacts' folder

I have a 'Contacts' folder that I would like to copy from
one workstation to another. Both machines are WinXP Pro
running Office 2000. I have tried to export the file from
one and import it into the other computer. The problem is
when I try to import, I'm unable to drill down to the
'Contacts'. It only allows me to import the whole .pst
folder. How am I able to import just the one folder without
all the other information coming over?
Thanks,
geordieboy

Importing and exporting are not a good option. Just create a new Outlook
Data File, copy your Contacts Folder into it, then open that PST in the
other installation.

How would I go about this? I'm not sure how to create an
Outlook Data File.
Thanks,

I haven't seen Outlook 2000 in years. I suspect it is
File > New > Outlook Data File, or
File > New > Personal Folders File.
