Copying results of an advanced

How can all results from an advanced search be copied into another directory
so that they can be reviewed and deleted if necessary without deleting the
original file? This functionality seems to have been lost in MS2003 and is
critical to using the MS Office search function for litigation discovery. Is
there another work around?
