Correction: Msgsrv32 error message

(Correcting error on post made earlier. The error
is msGsrv32...not MsQsrv32.)

I recently had major computer problems. My O.S. is Windows
ME.

After doing several things on my computer, suggested on
CNET bulletin board, things are working okay except
for "my document" folder. All Word documents in it will
not open. The computer freezes, I go to control/alt/delete
and find this message...Msgsrv32.

Before making any corrections to the computer I backed up
all files on CD-ROM, but when I try to open my Word
documents from it, I get the same Msgsrv32 error message.

All my business files are in that folder. I'm desperate at
this point!

Any and all help will be appreciated.
