Corrupted Office Shortcut Bar

My Office shortcut bar has been corrupted. It prompts me
to chose a custom toolbar. I want the basic Office tool
bar back. I tried to reinstall it, auto restore, but
nothing brings it back. I just continue to getting this
prompt to createone.

What can I do to get this back.
