Cost History: is posssible???

V

Hi all,

I'm trying to understand if it is possible to view the History of the
cost...

I'd like to view, for example, one month ago how much I have spent
and... or maybe in the future....

Something like a cash flow...

I need this, because, combining Project to the Accounting system, I
can understand on the ongoing, how much will cost the project...

Here you are an example:

with the accounting system, I can be sure that until 1 week ago I have
spent $ 100.000...

with project, I'd like to know (based on the same date - 1 week ago!)
how much is the remaining costs....

in this case my prevision should be more accurate: 100.000
(accounting) + Remaining Cost (project)...

thanks to everybody

Vit ,

We have to start billing you for a training Course :)

If you use multiple baselines you will be able to the history of
costs. If you want to do predictive analysis for future cost i suggest
using EV - earned value analysis

Hope it helps

Vit ,

Sorry i ommited to mention , as far as a cash flow report is concened,
you can use a view like task usage view, on the timesheet like grid on
the left you will see by default only work is selected. If you right
click you will be able to select more fields. If you select detail
stiles you can then add more fields like baseline cost etc.

Cheers
