Costs for Proposals and % complete (PWA 2007)

I posted this earlier in the wrong group so I am reposting in the correct
newsgroup.

Hi all! I am trying to get my head around the Proposals and have two quick
questions:

1) Is there any way to assign costs to Proposals?

2) What happens to RD when you convert proposal to project and you had
already entered in %
completes for proposal? How is it calculated?

1) Answer is no. Cost resources are not supported in Proposals.
2) The data should remain the same once you convert it to a full project.
