"Could not complete the operation......"

I have a customer that has a problem when she tries to
save "Tasks" within MS Outlook 2002. She gets the error
message "Could not complete the operation. One or more
parameter values are not valid."

I am not finding anything concerning the fix for this
problem. Can anyone help? Thanks!
