Could not retrieve Enterprise Global Template

Hi PS Forum,

I realise that this error has been discussed previously within this
forum, however, I am recieving the issue under different
circumstances. We have developed a package which installs MSP 07,
establishes the PWA connection, installs the Outlook add-in etc etc.
It basically completes all the standard tasks required to establish a
new user in the EPM system. When testing this on a user's PC we
recieved the subject error as MSP 07 opened. I can confirm that MSP
installed correctly and the PWA url is correct. The same process was
run for the same user on another PC and the error reproduced,
interestingly, the same error has not been reproduced for any other
user undergoing the same installation.
Could this be roaming profile oriented?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
