Crash if not online

All of my office applications crash if I launch when I am
not online. I have a registered, activated version of
2003 and I have all of the latest updates. I run winxp on
a presario laptop and norton has told me I have no viruses.

Any Ideas? Desparate , my laptop is suddenly very
unportable!!!

Have you disabled the Norton Office Plug-in? It causes a lot of problems.
