Crash when printing mail merge

-----Original Message-----
Ok, here we go. I've created a mail merge in Publisher
2003, and have tried printing it to 3 different
printers. Only one of them works. When I try the other
two, Publisher crashes with that 'we are sorry for the
inconvienence' error. I've read in the knowledge base
that having 'Print composite CMYK by default' checked in
the advanced print settings can cause this, so I've made
sure that isn't checked for all three printers. Still,
two of them crash the program. Anyone know of anything
else that causes this problem?
.

I've got an excel spreadsheet as the source.

Besides the printer drivers, also trying saving your spreadsheet as a *.csv
file and then merge then print.

I think I've figured it out. The publication I'm trying
to print is 8"x4.5" landscape. Nothing will print at
that size. The mail merge works with any other size
publication, landscape or portrait. But at that size, it
crashes.

Then I am not sure what the problem is. Does your error message give you a
chance to supply me with any details of the actual message?
