Hi. I am still having lots of problems with Word 2002
crashing. The main cause seems to be Wordperfect files, or
those Wordperfect files recently converted to Word , of
which I have many. this is most likely to happen after I
use the advanced search feature (text/property search) to
find files with certain words in them.
Is there a way to reduce crashes in Word 2002. I run the
Windows XP system disk cleanup utility regularly to get
rid of temporary files, etc. Any ideas?
Also, sometimes hitting two keys at once will crash it
too? JF
