All this can be done, of course, in Project. Best tip to read about it
either in a good book on Project (there are many), or read in Project's
Help about Views, Groups, Filters. Also read about how all these are
stored in the global template or in the project file and how you can use
the "Organiser" to move them around.

Hi trailerpup,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You might like to have a look at my free series for beginners on Microsoft
Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #21 to 24 on customizing, at
this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the articles before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hi,

And while youare looking for a bok or lessons, you also might go to the View
menu, More views, select a base view you want to work from (say Gantt Chart)
, click Copy, there is your new view.
