Create a Word offline only address book

I have always used Word Perfect but now have to change to Word. I just want
an address book in my Word program I can access as I type business letters
all day long and have always found it easy in WP to insert the address for
each client. I do not want to use an online program for this.

That's what Outlook is for. Set Outlook to be your default e-mail
application and its contacts list becomes available via the address book
button.
