Create hyperlink with merged field

I have database of clients and each has to recieve email with different
hyperlink which includes his name. Is it possible to create hyprlink with
merged field? Or is there way to do it?

It can be done with Word 2002 (XP) with Service Pack 2 installed, or Word
2003. Not with earlier versions.

Dough,
I'm using Office 2003 Professional but when I create hyperlink, say:
http://domain.com/<<FirstName>>.htm the hyperlink is OK the merged field is
not included in the hyperlink. It drives me crazy.
Anyway, thanks. I just install 2003, maybe I should stay with XP?
