Create links in an Access Database on the Web

[SHIPP]

I have created a web site with a variety of attached Access Databases. Now
what I would like to do is to programmatically embed the code neccessary in
the company name in the Access Database to point it to another web page. How
would I do this? I'm working with Frontpage 2003.
