How can I publish my company newsletter to a pdf so that I may send out the

Here's one way:

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

Don,
results
and beats all pdf programs for creating the smallest size files. <<

Have you tried PagePlus and its pdf output - Web/compact?

I use pdfFactory. Compresses really nicely. It was recommended to me by my
computer techs and I really like the program.

Don,

What's the Tracker Website's address? How does it work?

BTW - >> I haven't done much comparisons for three or four years. <<

A lot can change in 3-4 years! That's quite a period of time, given all
the updates and changes in that span.

John, the question stated: "...publish my company newsletter..." I don't
believe that the free version can be use for business use, only personal.

Don,

I had a page that was 4 megs in size. PP, using Acrobat 5 and Web
Compact as the profiles, output a pdf that was - you may not believe it,
but 183K. :)
