creating a simple christmas card list

Is there a template available? The only one I see is one for Outlook....and
that's not relevant.

It's absolutely amazing....templates for voting on the Westminster Dog
Show...and still NOT ONE TEMPLATE for a simple Christmas card list. And not
much there to modify, either.
