Creating a text only catalog using data from an Excel spreadsheet

I am trying to create a Publisher catalog using data from an Excell spreadsheet. I have been able to use mail merge to format the information but it only lets me view one row of data. The rest are available using a scroll bar. How can I get all of the data to appear at one time?

In Publisher 2002 and below, only one record will merge onto one container
(i.e. page, label, card, etc.)
You must use Catalog Merge in Publisher 2003 to merge multiple records on
one container.
