Creating a URL with a function?

I am using Excel 2000 and would like to create a URl in a cell that is
clickable based on entrie in other cells..

I am able to create a text such as "http://www.google.com" by using
"&"s, but it is not clickable.

Is there a way of doing this in Excel 2000?

I haven't tried Excel 2000 but I there must be an error in the "&"s
somewhere
You are using the hyperlink function right?
