Creating .doc or .pdf files from e-mails in Outlook 2003

Mike

I have about 4000 emails that I am sorting through
currently and I want to create individual files for many
of the messages to file into my client folders that I
have. I know that dragging and dropping email messages
from Outlook into a folder on the desktop creates an
Outlook email file there with the subject as the file
name.
I would rather have these emails I am dragging out of my
inbox be .doc's or .pdf's so that I know for sure my
clients can open them in Word or Acrobat Reader if I send
them a copy. Is there a program or easy way to take these
emails and turn them into the previously mentioned
formats? I do want to keep the html and the email as
intact as possible when I am doing this also, I do not
want these files to be turned into .txt files.

Thanks in advance for any replies,
Mike
