Creating forms

I do lost of creating forms at the office. When I'm done
and save them to our server and to run a test on them, I
notice that the WEB TOOLBAR comes on. This I don't want
for anyone to have. Any way to turn it off for good.

That would happen because your forms contain macros and are not saved in a
trusted location - i.e templates folder specified under Tools>Options>File
