creating forums (message newsgroups)

Hi there

Is there an easy way to code in Frontpage a forum (similar to this one)
where users can post messages, respond to others messages, etc?

I am reading this through a newsreader, FrontPage does not support
newsgroups.
I totally dislike the Microsoft web forums, and will never recommend
any similar to them.
FrontPage does have a discussion web - File->New - More web site
templates...
Choose Discussion Web Site, and for best results, choose to place it
in a new subweb. This discussion web is very basic.
