Creating JPGs from Publisher File

File/Save As does not provide me the option of saving the
document in anything other than txt, rtf or doc
extensions.

What am I missing?

Thanks,

Jim

Saving as .jpg and other assorted image formats
was introduced in the 2002 version of Publisher.

Maybe creating a .pdf from your .pub file would be
useful to you:

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

That's why you can't find the option to save it as a .jpg. Follow John's
advice and convert the file to a .pdf. I have Acrobat Standard and PrimoPDF.
The only difference I've seen is that Primo's file are a tad bit bigger than
an Acrobat one. No differences as far as function goes - and that's what
counts.

Hello.

I have publisher 2002 and when I save a publication as a JPEG the resolution
is pretty low such that the text is blurry. Anyway to increase the
resolution?

Thanks

You will find it easier if you stick to one post for this problem. Ed
Bennett already answered you.
