Creating summer/Winter Calendar

R

Rami

Hello

Suppose I need to specify in my calenday that Friday working hours will be
from 8 AM - 2 PM in January to April and from 8 Am - 5 PM, the rest of the
year.

How can I do that? whenever I change the timing for a day, it changed for
all months. Am I missing something?

Thanks
Mo

Hi Mo,

Not simply :( From Tools/Change Working Time, you will have to take each
month in turn by Ctrl-clicking every working day, then click Non-default
working time radio button and then enter the times.

You might like to see FAQ Item: 5. Default Working Hours

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Dear Mike

Yes it is working.

But I think it is easy to do it for all months. I think Microsoft should
address this issue in the Office 12.

Thank You
Mo
