Creating Tasks on Hours

Hi,

I'm checking out the evaluation copy of Project Standard
2003, but can't find a way to set individuals tasks to
start at specific hours, much like an appointment book.
For instance, I would like to be able to schedule a task
on Monday from 1PM to 5PM, and schedule the same task
using the same resource again on Tuesday from 11AM to
3PM. Is this possible?

It is possible, but that is not a very productive way of using project.
In the tools menu / options / view tab set the date format to one which
includes hours. That will make it easier for you.
