Critical Path to Go Live

Hi,

I would like Project to work out the critical path to go live.
However, I have certain tasks that finish after that date.

What can I do to make the tasks that go to go live become critical
path? All the tasks that are needed to go live are dependant on each
other.

Alan,
Go to Tools/Options/Calculation tab and check the box to "Calculate
multiple critical paths". That will isolate each separate logic path but
it also means that the other tasks will also show as critical, but in
their own logic sequence. You could turn this off, by using a spare flag
field to designate just those tasks on the go-live path and then add the
flag as a criteria for showing critical tasks.
