crop marks

Check the paper size you have selected.
Which paper sizes are available depends on the printer driver you have selected.
Most imagesetter printer drivers have paper sizes, such as Letter.Extra,
A4.Extra, and Legal.Extra, which provide extra space on every edge to
accommodate crops marks and other printer's marks.
Crop marks are enabled in the advanced printer settings.

I think I asked the wrong question. I have to produce a publication but once
its done, I then have to reduce the page set up so the crop marks show. The
text is then outside the publication and if I try to shrink it to the new
page set up it produces more pages.

What version Publisher are you using?

Create a custom size in page setup. If your setup size is say, 4 x 6 and you
don't change the stock from letter, there will be crop marks.

Thanks Mary. I am using Version 2003. If I do the custom size, and I have a
pre-pared text to insert into text boxes in the publication, how do I get the
pre-prepared text to fit, as at the moment when I insert the text file, it
just becomes so small.

I'm not sure I know what you are trying to accomplish. There is a AutoFit option
in the Format menu.

Thanks again Mary. I think you have answered my question. If I need some
further help, I will write again.

Many thanks.
