Ctrl+Click hyperlinks

New job, new computer.
Whenever I set up a hyperlink in Publisher the user has to Ctrl+Click to
open it.
How do I change this so they only have to click on the link to open it?
I got word fixed but no one knew how to fix Publisher.

The links work. The problem is I don't want the user to have to use
Ctrl+Click to open the link. In word I can go to Tools/Options/Edit and
re-set the hyperlink operation to "Click".
Is there anywhere in Publisher I can do that?
