Cursor over text

Can I make text appear only when the cursor is over it? I tried to use Action
Button :Help and Action Button :Information but I cannot get these to work. I
am using PowerPoint 2000.

Alternatively, you could use VBA to set text boxes to appear when the
mouse is over a shape, but that is much more complicated than Sonia's
Quick Trick #16.
