Cursor Problem

I have a user that has a problem with his cursor. On many documents, the
insertion cursor will display 1/2 height, while on others it appear normal.

I have checked the settings that may affect the cursor, but the settings are
fine.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any suggestions?

Alan,
There have been reports about a shrinking cursor, even a dissappearing one.
Try to switch to 500% zoom and back, does that help? That seems to fix it at
least temporarily.
