Custom Numer Fields

I have asked this question before but can not find my posting. So I apoligize
from the begining. I have built three custom number fields. I want the
numbers in these columns of the sub tasks to automatically sum as you work
your way up the WBS so that the main task has a total for all the sub tasks.
Is this possible? Or maybe if thats not possible, is it possible to build a
formula into an individual cell? I have worked with the program for a while
and haven't figured out how to do either. Please help. Thank you, Steph

Do the following:

1. Click Tools - Customize - Fields
2. Select the Number field in question
3. In the "Calculation for task and group summary rows" section, select the
Rollup option
4. Click the Rollup pick list and select the Sum option
5. Click OK
