custom reports

Help,
I am setting up project 2003 professional to eable our organisation to use
one central pool of resources (labour) and distribute it as required across a
number of individual projects (individal files stored in a common folder)...
all well and good so far.

However, I now wish to create a custom report that will allow me to display
which project a person is allocated to and, on what date(s). Can anyone shed
some light on this?

Hello Ian,

All your individal files must share the same resource pool which will be a
mpp file with all the resources in the Resource Sheet.
In each project file : Tools / Resource Sharing / Share Resources... / Use
resources from : ...the ressource pool.
In each project, assign the resources on tasks.
then look at the Resource Usage view. You can insert the "Project" column.
