custom size pop up windows

I have several photo gallery's on my site, and would like to have a pop up window that is close to or the exact size of the image it opens for. (IOW, Click on the thumbnail and when the new page opens, it is not a mostly blank maximized window

Now can you write something that will "auto batch" it for all of the images at once? Hey beggars can't be choosers...I'm just greatful that guys like you are out there!
