Custom Toolbar Questions

I make custom toolbars and buttons all the time for MS-Word. I know they are
stored in normal.dot template, and I know how to move them to other
templates. But alas, Visio-2003 does not work so smoothly as MS-Word!!

I made a new custom toolbar (several times, argh!) for Visio, and it works
until I reboot. Then poof--its gone, and it is not even in the View-Toolbars
"pick-list."

Some of the stock toolbars seem to hold their customization fine. For some
reason, if I move the "point tool" button to another toolbar, it just reverts
back--again, after a reboot.

Very frustrating... What's going on????

1. What do I have to do to make sure my new custom toolbar gets saved?

2. How do I put the "pointer tool" and "connector tool" where I want them?

3. How do I create and save my toolbar environmnet (i.e. all the standard
and customized, and "new" toolbars that I have open "on my desktop" for use
when I am using Visio-2003)?

In other words, what must I do so that (a) I can share my toolbar
environment with others, and (b) I can restore it when I have to rebuild my
system and re-install everything?

MANY THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!
