Custom VBA forms

I created a form in Visual Basic that will change the colour of all the tasks
and task bars based on the resource name. That was a year ago, and now I
can't seem to recall how to initiate this function. I'm sure I set up a
hotkey as well as a toolbar icon, but they aren't visible to me. Any idea how
I can get this information?

Tools>Macros. Select the macro that you want and click Options. This
will tell you the shortcut key you set up for it.
