I want to create a customer Gantt, means to build a Gantt only with few
tasks which they are our milestones and without all the other inner tasks.

These are our limitations:

1. We want to save the original scheduling and appearance.
2. We can't use macro.

Unfortunately if you need to do this on a regular basis and cannot use a
macro, then you will have to manually update two separate project files.
There are a couple of ways to do that. One is to save your existing file
as a template and then use that to create the customer Gantt. That will
preserve the formatting. A second approach is to first update your live
project file and then use Save As to a new file name for your customer.
Edit the customer file as necessary to eliminate "inner" tasks, as you
call them. Keep in mind however that if you delete performance tasks
under a summary line, the data in the summary line will change - after
all, it is a summary.

You could also collapse/filter your live file after it's updated and
then save that as in a non-project form (e.g. pdf). Go to our MVP
