Shawn I doubt whether you can permanently rename the built
in fields used by MS, I know you can rename the custom
fields seeing that MS does not use them programatically.
You can however, give the field a different title which
means that if you print it even in your reports it will
use your title instead of the field name. The quickest way
to rename a field is to double click the column heading
and type in the title.
