Customize Outlook express new message form

I'm trying to introduce 2 custom fields in the New message
form of Outlook Express.

Could anyone kindly tell me if it is possible to customize
New message form in Outlook Express, if not kindly suggest
any other way of doing it.

Your help is highly appreciated.
