All customized buttons you create reside either in the
document, it's template, or both.
If you assign the buttons and associated macros to a
specific template, then the buttons will remain with the
assigned template until another template is assigned.
Assign, or deselect templates to the document using the
Tools | Templates and Add-ins function. Make a template
that contains the characteristics you want to appear in
each document (e.g., whether the button is there or not).
