We are deploying EPM 2007 in our organization and trying to customize
professional using enterprise global
Any changes to toolbars or buttons using the built-in macros and features
work fine i.e. reflect to all users connecting to this project server.
We have written some custom macros and trying to create new toolbars / menu
points to invoke these macros. Macros are digitally signed and certificates
are available in the client systems also. The new menu points and toolbars
are working fine on the box where these change are made. For other users, we
are able to see our macros (code) in the macro editor, but the toolbars or
the menu points are not available.
To summarise, how do we ensure that custom menu points / toolbars along with
macros are available to all users (professional clients) connecting to this
server.
Project server documentation says, open the enterprise global, make the
relevant changes and checkin, then the customized PP will be available for
all users. But its not happenning so and we are struggling to crack this.
