cut and paste error within Office applications

,Hi,

My issue is that when cutting and pasting within Word or to or from any
other Office application I frequently get a screen print of the whole screen
I'm currently working on copied and pasted in, not the selected text or image.

The error occurs regardless of if I use mouse commands or keyboard, cut and
past commands or ctrl C and ctrl V

It's very frustrating as I have to repeat the attempt to cut and paste
several times until I finally get the selected text or image correctly copied.

I'm using Office XP 2003

Any clues??

Pressing the PrintScreen key copies the current screen to the clipboard
(Alt+PrintScreen copies the current window only to the clipboard). Is it
possible that you're somehow hitting the PrintScreen key in the process?

Did you download a screen catcher program from the web? My boss downloaded
Five Clicks or something and then cut and paste didn't work in MS Office on
his PC any more. Uninstalling the screen catcher solved the problem.
