Damaged .pst file?

It's telling me it can't delete e-mails and that I need to run the Inbox
Repair Tool repeatedly on outlook.pst. I still do this and it won't let me
delete the e-mails.

My outlook.pst file is somewhere around 65k.

Can someone help me, please?

Create a new PST (File>New>Outlook Data File or Personal Folders File,
depending on version), make it the default delivery, copy all folders to the
new PST, remove the old PST with right-click>Close. After stopping Outlook,
delete the old PST.
