Can anyone help me with the name of the table in which
Task Notes are stored? Also, is a data dictionary of the
MSProj 2002 database available?

Search your hard disk for a file called projdb.htm. It is also on the
project cd.
It details all of the tables in the project database and includes samples
showing how to read and write to the database.
