Data doesn't display

Have two users that all of a sudden are not able to view the data in their
project plans. Have checked the project plans on other machines and they
display just right but only on these two computers does nothing show.

Assuming that Project opens the files, but there are just no tasks visible?
Assuming Project can correctly open other files on these machines?

These folks probably have a filter applied and saved the file in that state.
Toggle the auto filter button and show all tasks to see if that helps.

Also, consider applying the latest service pack to your version of Project.
Project 2002 is at SP1, Project 2003 is at SP2 with additional hot fixes.
