Data entry problem

How can I set up my form or table to automatically have
the data entered from the previous record? This would be
the same as holding a "Dup" button with punch cards.

One approach is to set the DefaultValue property in the form's AfterInsert
(or AfterUpdate events).

Another is to use the BeforeInsert event to grab the last value. Details in
