Data to a field

Hi

I have an Excel template which has few check boxes. I'm looking for the
following when the check box is checked in the excel file, is it possible to
bring that text into an Access file's one of the field,( I've a text box on
my access form), so I do not have to type again in Access.

You'll have to explain. You have checkboses, and you have "that text".
What text? Where is the text coming from? If the user checks a
checkbox, what do you want loaded into Access?
